Anyone else having this issue? It’s happening with me on Chrome and on mobile Safari. I load a kinja page and the navigation bar at the top of the page doesn’t pop up. I have to scroll down a bit, then scroll back up to make it appear.
Update: For the kinja tech guys (*waves to Ernie*), so far it looks like almost every browser is affected: Regular and mobile Safari, Firefox, Chrome (desktop) and Chrome (android). As well as Opera, Vivaldi and Edge.

Haven’t seen it all day.
EDIT: wait, scrolling down and back up makes it appear.

Why would I laugh? I use the mobile version of Safari on my iPhone.

Also affecting Opera on Android, Vivaldi and Edge on Windows. On Vivaldi (my main Windows browser), I noticed that it actually appears momentarily, then immediately disappears, unless you scroll down and back up of course.
